Getting There


Location: Foot of "L" Street on Humboldt Bay in Eureka, Humboldt County, CA.

DRIVING: If you are driving, you will likely be travelling either North or South on Highway 101. Southbound 101 is 4th Street in Eureka and Northbound 101 is 5th Street. Turn on "L" Street towards the bay (right off of 4th or left off of 5th) and go 3-4 blocks until the road dead ends. Turn right and follow the signs! There is an ample field for parking.

SHUTTLEBUS: If you are coming from Arcata and North and would like to save on both gas and CO2 emissions, you can take our Arcata shuttlebus, sponsored in part by Kokatat. The bus will pickup at 12 noon, 12:40 pm, 1:20 pm, and at 2:00 pm at the Humboldt State University parking lot on 14th and Union Streets. Parking at HSU's parking lot is free all day on Sundays, so you can "park and ride"! The bus ride is only $2 round-trip and return trips to Arcata will begin at 7:00 pm, so save the planet and leave your car at home!
[Shuttlebus Schedule: leaving Arcata at 12 noon, 12:40, 1:20, and 2:00 pm. Return trips from Eureka back to Arcata begin at 7:00 pm and will continue for 2 hours, or until everyone has been picked up. Price is $2.00 Round-trip]

BICYCLE: Another option is to ride your bike and take advantage of our free "bike check" area hosted by Green Wheels! Your bike will be safely stored while you have fun, so grab your friends and bike to the festival and enjoy a fossil fuel free day.
